Hillview Adult Day Health Center in Leominster, MA is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Each day at Hillview Adult Day Health Center is designed to provide participants with a balance of socialization, physical activity, engaging activities, nutritious meals and companionship. While our schedule and activities vary, a typical day may include:8:30 AM: Arrive and socialize9:00 AM: Breakfast (varies daily)10:00 AM: Chair exercise suitable for different abilities10:45 AM: Morning activity, such as crafts, games or puzzles12:00 PM: Hot lunch served restaurant-style1:00 PM: Afternoon activities, which may include crafts, bingo, movies, singing or dancing2:00 PM: Afternoon snack2:30–3:00 PM: DepartureOur goal is to provide a welcoming and engaging environment where participants can stay active, socialize and enjoy meaningful activities throughout the day.
Hillview Adult Day Health Center accepts MassHealth Standard, Senior Care Options (SCO), One Care, certain long-term care insurance plans, VA benefits, and private pay.Eligibility and coverage can vary. Please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help you understand your options and verify eligibility.
Yes. Hillview Adult Day Health Center offers transportation to help eligible participants travel safely and conveniently to and from our Leominster center. Transportation may be available for participants in Leominster, Fitchburg and surrounding communities. Please contact our team to discuss transportation availability for your location.
No. You do not have to attend Hillview Adult Day Health Center every day. Participants can attend based on their individual needs and schedule, provided the selected days are approved by their payer.

Hillview Adult Day Health Center offers a variety of engaging activities designed to encourage socialization, movement, creativity and fun.
