A New Name, The Same Heart: Welcome to Hillview Adult Day Health Center

We’re excited to share an important update with our community, our Adult Day Health Center at Manor on the Hill has a new name:

Hillview Adult Day Health Center.

While our name has changed, everything that makes our program so special remains the same.

At Hillview Adult Day Health Center, you’ll still find the same compassionate team, the same engaging programs, and the same unwavering commitment to the individuals and families we serve every day. Our mission continues to focus on providing meaningful experiences, personalized care, and a welcoming environment where participants feel valued, connected, and supported.

Our new name, Hillview, reflects our forward-looking vision. It represents growth, clarity, and a renewed commitment to who we are at our core, a caring community for meaningful days.

What hasn’t changed is what matters most.

  • Our specialized support for seniors, veterans, and individuals with varying needs

Families can feel confident knowing that the care and connection they’ve come to trust will continue, just under a new name.
